What happens after I make my reservation?

It is quite straight-forward. You will immediately receive an order confirmation by email

Then you will receive a second email confirming all booking details including date, time and who your allocated Cleaner is. If it is your first time using our services, our call center give you a call to make sure you are fully satisfied of our operations and answer any questions you might have. Then, you will get a reminder call for your cleaning at least 24 hours in advance

How much do you charge per hour?

Our hourly rate is 35AED and we work for a minimum of 4 hours per visit.

Will I have the same maid every visit?

If you set up your regular weekly schedule with us, we can arrange to send the same maid every visit.

What are your timings?

We work 6 days a week, Friday are off. We have 2 shifting time available

8am to 12pm 0r 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm or 2:30pm to 6:30pm

Can you do the cleaning even if I’m not in the apartment, cause I’m working?

Yes we do. Please let us know where to get and return your key after the service. You may also leave instructions inside your apartment or email it to us.

How soon should I call to make booking?

Please give us a call at least a day before.

 

Can I cancel or change my reservation?

Cancelling or changing your reservation is also as easy as booking it from scratch. Call us at +971 (0) 52 6599900 , or live chat with us on the website and we will take care of it. We kindly ask you to give us 36 hours notice if you wish to cancel your booking. We are working on making this process much easier and faster for you.

How can I make payment? Do you accept credit card?

We only accept cash or cheque payable to Repair Care Gen. Maint. Cont.

You can make your payment every visit or advance payment weekly or monthly.

Do cleaners bring their own cleaning materials if I do not have?

We can provide Our own materials but we are charging 40 AED

Can I trust Maids on Demand maids?

Definitely! Our cleaners go through a thorough screening and interview process. The process includes an in-person interview, reference check, and standard training to provide you with the best service. We do all this so you can always trust our cleaners for reliable, satisfactory service.

Will I receive an invoice?

The cleaners will give you your receipt voucher after giving the money or cheque, or  give us a ping through email, phone or Live Chat so we can send it to you
